Western-Style Breakfast Burrito


8 slices Bacon, precooked
Oil as needed
1 Tbsp. TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
6 ea. Eggs
6 ea. Mission® Flour Tortilla, 6"
4 oz. Cheese, grated
1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped
4 oz. Ranch dressing
4 oz. Salsa
1 ea. Avocado, sliced


1. Warm the bacon in a sauté pan with a little oil then set aside to drain. Add the TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and onions into bacon grease and fry slightly. Add the eggs and scramble.
2. Line the center of the flour tortillas with grated cheese. Put egg mixture on the tortillas and top with green peppers and bacon; fold tortilla sides over.
3. Serve warm with TABASCO®-spiced ranch dressing, salsa and avocado slices.
