Tabasco® Spiced Baja Breakfast Wraps


3 cups (12 oz.) Chicken breast meat, cooked, diced
1-1/2 cups (2 oz.) Prepared tomato salsa
4 Tbsp. (2 oz.) Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
12 ea. (24 oz.) Eggs, beaten
12 ea. Flour tortillas
1 cup (6 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups (12 oz.) Prepared guacamole


1. Combine the chicken breast meat, salsa and the Original TABASCO®Pepper Sauce. Sauté until the ingredients are hot and the excess liquid evaporates. Hold warm.
2. For each serving, ladle 2 oz. egg into a nonstick omelet pan and cook the egg omelet style until it sets.
3. Place the omelet onto a flour tortilla, and ladle 2 oz. chicken mixture, 1/2 oz. cheese and 1 oz. guacamole down the center of the omelet. Roll the omelet inside the tortilla, burrito style.
