Smoky Egg Salad On 7 Grain ToastJuly 11, 2016
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
16 ea. Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
24 oz. Sausage patties, cooked, diced
8 ea. Sub roll, 6"
2 cups Shredded lettuce
Salt to taste
1. Combine mayonnaise and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce.
2. Mix eggs and milk together and scramble with sausage.
3. Slice sub rolls for sandwiches, spread each inside with the mayonnaise mixture and divide sausage and egg mixture among bottom halves of rolls.
4. Top with shredded lettuce and top halves of rolls and serve.
