Roma Egg Sandwich With Tomato, Basil And Provolone


2 ea. Tomatoes, medium
1 Tbsp. Basil, chopped
16 dashes TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
1/8 tsp. Salt
16 ea. Eggs
8 ea. Italian hoagie roll
1-1/2 Tbsp. Provolone, sliced 1/2"


1. Dice tomatoes and add chopped basil, TABASCO® Garlic Pepper Sauce and salt. Mix well.
2. Scramble eggs with tomato-basil mixture.
3. Divide between rolls and top with provolone.
