1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
16 ea. Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
32 oz. Ham, diced
Salt to taste
2 cups Shredded lettuce
8 ea. Sub roll, 6 in.
1.Combine mayonnaise and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce.
2. Mix eggs and milk together and scramble with ham.
3. Spread each side of the sub roll with the mayonnaise and divide ham and egg mixture between bottoms of rolls.
4. Top with shredded lettuce, top of rolls and serve.
