Egg And Veggie Pita With Swiss


8 ea. Pita Bread
1 Tbsp. Butter
4 oz. Onions, diced
6 oz. Green Peppers, diced
6 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce
8 ea. Eggs
8 oz. Swiss cheese, 1 oz slice


1. Melt butter in saucepan. When hot sauté onions, peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Add TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce and mix well.
2. Add eggs and scramble with vegetables.
3. Slice pita bread and fill with one slice of swiss cheese and 4 oz of egg and vegetable mixture.
