Egg And Veggie Pita With SwissJuly 11, 2016
4 ea. Eggs
4 Tbsp. Flour
1 cup Cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1 Tbsp. Green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices Ham, diced
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1. Combine eggs, flour, cottage cheese, Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
2. Place ham and Monterey jack cheese on the bottom of a 9" greased quiche pan or pie pan. Pour liquid mixture on top.
3. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
