Breakfast Scramble Quesadilla
2 ea. Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1 ea. Flour tortilla
2-1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Add ingredients to a non-stick pan and scramble. Set aside.
2. Lightly grill one flour tortilla. Spread half of Parmesan cheese on grilled tortilla.
3. Place scrambled eggs on cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese on egg.
4. Top with second tortilla and carefully flip the entire quesadilla and grill other side until cheese begins to melt.
5. Sprinkle TABASCO® Green Pepper Jalapeño Sauce before serving.
