CHEF RYAN MARQUIS is a veteran of the culinary industry in North America. Having worked in a range of operations from Toronto, to Quebec City, to Manhattan – he brings an extensive understanding of regional and cultural influences to his work. He is a 2-time silver medalist at Gold Medal Plates Saskatchewan, a gold medal recipient at the Saskatchewan Chefs’ Challenge and a gold medal recipient at Quebec’s Food Festival. Chef Ryan is the Marketing Chair for CCFCC and Vice-President of the central region and sits on the national board.
